Built a direct booking flow with live room availability and pricing, so guests can reserve without going through a commission-charging platform.
Designed room and amenity pages around real photography, letting the property's actual character carry the page instead of generic icons and bullet points.
Added a rate calendar showing price by date, so guests can see cost differences before picking dates instead of discovering them at checkout.
Wired payments to Stripe with a deposit-based booking flow matching how the property actually takes reservations.
